Great accommodation for visiting the city. Very clean and well presented. Only minor issue was the description of key location was not accurate, which meant it took me a while to find it. This wasn’t ideal at the end of long days travel.

Great family apartment to visit Porto : Location, comfort, size. The host was very proactive in checking one of the ACs that was not working as soon as we notified them. They found a temporary solution, even if they could not fix the AC during our stay. We appreciate their quickness and their finding an alternative. Thank you!

Check in directions need to be updated, picked a unit with elevator but still have to do stairs to get to elevator, bathroom was time and filthy(floor) mold in shower, A/C in master didn’t cool and no one ever came and checked it. Very hard to sleep hot. Balcony was so hot in the afternoon couldn’t use, The Air conditioning units collect water in a bucket on balcony and was overflowing the whole time.. have stayed in better places. Nice neighborhood but I’m sure we could have found. better accommodations.

The apartment was clean and in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Bolhão Market.

The apartment was clean and in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Bolhão Market. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which was a lovely place to relax. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and the kitchen drain, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time. A parking space in the garage was included, which was very convenient, but there was no remote control for the garage door. This meant we always had to enter the building first and open the garage from the inside, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, a clean and very well-located apartment with a beautiful rooftop terrace, but a few things could be improved.

Appartement très bien. Grand, bien situé, un grand balcon, bien équipé et sécuritaire. Une place de stationnement au garage, ce que l’on a apprécié. Cependant, pour accéder au garage, quelqu’un doit aller ouvrir la porte de l’intérieur. Il faut être 2 personnes (le chauffeur doit se garer temporairement pendant que l’autre personne accède au building, descend au garage et ouvre la porte). Commentaires négatifs: Instructions pour l’arrivée. On dit de prendre la clé dans la boîte à clefs à côté de la porte de garage avec des lignes jaunes. Or la porte est grise avec une adresse différente que celle du building. On a cherché et on a dû appeler l’agence. La boîte à clefs est très difficile à ouvrir. Même la préposée au téléphone nous l’a dit. Sur le balcon ils devraient retirer les mauvaises herbes et jeter les plantes mortes. Il y a certaines odeurs désagréables de temps en temps dans l’appartement. À savoir: l’air climatisé de la chambre qui donne sur le balcon fonctionne seulement en mode ventilation. Il faisait chaud. Quelques ajustements à faire qui amélioreront l’expérience des clients.

Appartement situé au coeur de la vie de Porto.Boite à clés très difficile à ouvrir. Grande terrasse, mais jonchée de déchets ( mauvaises herbes mortes, plantes mortes et mouchoirs usagés)Cuisine correctement équipée, mais odeur nauséabonde sous l évier, plat à four et pas de tire bouchon manquants.Bouteille d eau d accueil Guest ready avec eau jaune non potableChambres avec matelas mous sans protection , poussières et déchets existants sous les lits dès notre arrivée. Nous vous avions demandé avant notre entrée comment accéder au garage de l extérieur, nous avons eu de nombreux échanges mails et téléphoniques avec guest ready pendant tout notre séjour. Pourtant nous n'avons jamais eu aucune reponse.Le prestaire guest ready est autant virtuel qu' inefficace.
