Bedroom: Galleried, Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. 1 small dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Ideally located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – you’ll be surrounded by rolling hills, peaceful walking routes, and picture-perfect villages from the moment you arrive.Just a 10-minute drive away is the vibrant market town of Louth, often described as the “capital of the Wolds.” Here, you’ll find a wealth of independent shops, traditional butchers and bakers, cosy tearooms, many restaurants & pubs and historic buildings, including the striking St James’ Church. Louth’s regular markets and friendly atmosphere make it a favourite among locals and visitors alike. The Liversey Arms Pub & Restaurant in Ludorough village centre Is just a 15 minute walk and serves amazing food.
The Cross Keys Pub in Fulstow is roughly 25 minutes to walk, where you can find a nice ale and friendly Locals. (Food On Selected Days) For those craving sea air, the Lincolnshire coast is also within easy reach. Take a scenic drive to sandy beaches like Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, or enjoy the traditional charm of Cleethorpes with its promenade, arcades, and freshly cooked fish and chips.
