A luxurious living room with a sofa that becomes a bed and an unsurpassed view of the sea. The outdoor areas of the villa have pergolas, table, chairs, BBQ and are on two levels. In the center of the cosmopolitan beach of Agia Pelagia there are taverns, supermarkets, cafes, a pharmacy, ATM and various other shops. All of these are five minutes from the villa. No need for a car for the beach is extremely close.
