- This home has air conditioning in every room. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. In order to access the third bedroom, you have to go through the second bedroom. The apartment is spread out over 2 floors with no internal elevator. This home is on the fifth floor with elevator access. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, induction hob and kettle in the second bedroom. There is a separate toilet room on the entrance level that is not pictured. The stairs in this home may be considered narrow and steep. The master en-suite shower is handheld only.
