Why they chose this property

I wanted a place that is close to my own home, hence I chose this developing block that has everything modern-day living would require - proximity to the KTM (train) station, and hypermarket and F&B on the ground floor. I dislike driving due to bad traffic, so living within walking distance to a train station is important to me!
