Welcome to Cave Villa, part of the exclusive brand new Olea Hill Villas complex in the peaceful area of Vrachokipos. This unique 130 m² underground villa with heated pool stands out for its striking architectural design, elegant furnishings, and serene atmosphere, all just minutes from the beaches of Kokkini Hani and a short drive from Heraklion. Cave Villa offers total privacy and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.
Inside, the villa offers a bright open-plan living area combined with a fully equipped kitchen. Refined furnishings and modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Smart TV with satellite channels, a laptop workspace, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped creating an inviting atmosphere for gathering and dining.
A beautifully designed covered balcony adds a charming touch to the property, offering a shaded, calming space perfect for morning coffee or peaceful reading.
The villa boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with premium linens, refined décor, individual air conditioning, and its own flat-screen plasma TV. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the additional two bathrooms provide modern showers ensuring comfort and luxury in every detail.
Outdoors, the villa elevates relaxation with a private heated pool, surrounded by high-quality sun loungers and a peaceful garden area. The pool can be gently heated to a soothing 26°C, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment even in the cooler months (from March to mid-June and again in October and November). Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.
