Very clean and quiet property which has been recently remodeled with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. Since I was going on a tour of Morocco after leaving Paris, it was really nice to have the washer, iron and small ironing board to wash and iron my clothes before repacking for the tour. Also, nice to have the floor fan for air circulation and to help the clothes dry. I was a solo traveler, so the bed was the perfect size for me. Although I did not cook while I was there, all the equipment to do so was in the kitchenette. Two different metro stations were within a 3 to 5 minute walk of the property and two other metro stations going to and from Orly airport (equipped with elevators and escalators) were a 10 - 12 minute walk away- so easy access to all of Paris. Nice assortment of cafés, restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. within the neighborhood. Jacques kept in touch regularly throughout the week in case I needed anything, but pre-written check-in and check-out procedures were detailed enough not to require additional information.. I loved the digital locks on the doors since I’ve had trouble in the past in Paris with old doors/ keys/ locks that were difficult to open. The only thing that would make the stay better would be a floor lamp beside the sofa, bed for sitting and reading at night without turning on the overhead light.

Really cute area with lots of shops and restaurants for various budgets. Entry and exit was super easy. The only thing is that the couch slides out into a bed, and the mechanism is loose so if you lean back at all while sitting on the couch, it slips outward and you fall in the crack. This was pretty annoying. Also, there were some starter bathroom and kitchen supplies, which was great, but only one laundry pod and there were dishwasher pods despite there being no dishwasher. Anyways, clean place, good location, and there is a fan.
