It has three bedrooms. 2 doubles, 1 with double leg and bathroom, another with 2 single legs and the third with a single leg. In addition, a second full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Spacious living-dining room with 2 balconies. One of them with outdoor furniture.



It is a first floor, with lift, in a very quiet building, with few neighbours, and a very large parking space in the building itself.

Air conditioning in living room, double glazing and mosquito nets in all windows.



As there is parking in the building itself, you can use your car to visit the nearby beaches, the different surrounding villages, restaurants, museums... and return to your flat without having to worry about parking.



Equipment:

Kitchen with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron, kettel, fans.... Everything you need to spend a few days comfortably in the centre of Sant Feliu, very close to the beach, but in a very quiet area. 5 minutes from the pedestrian area and 10 minutes from Sant Feliu's Platja Gran.
