The apartment was fine and as picture shows. But since the front door of the bui ...

The apartment was fine and as picture shows. But since the front door of the building apparently don’t work with the key delivered, I had three nights in a row, where I had to wait between 30 and 60 minutes in front of the building, before someone else could lock me in. The host didn’t provide any new keys, they didn’t come by to fix the problem. They tried calling me, but that’s not enough service, when we are talking such a crucial problem.
