Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Die Wohnung ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Es wurde zuvor nicht sauber gemacht. Das Bad ist schimmlig, die Küche einfach nur ekelig. Die nicht aufgezogene Bettwäsche wurde nass zur Verfügung gestellt. Der mächtige Geruch von Wohnung und Treppenflur wird versucht mit Duftstäbchen zu überdecken.Der Gastgeber verlangt ca. 100 Reinigungskosten, die wir bisher nicht zurück erhalten haben. Er wollte sofort und anstandslos jemanden zur Reinigung schicken. Wir gehen davon aus, dass ihm der Zustand der Wohnung bewusst ist. Dies haben wir nicht angenommen, da die Reinigung und Renovierung deutlich mehr Zeit als als 2 Tage in Anspruch nehmen würde. (So wäre unser 5-Tage-Aufenthalt eine Katastrophe geworden.)Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht.Absolut keine Mietempfehlung. Aber bitte besuchen Sie Malmö. Malmö ist sehr schön.Fotos folgen im Anhang. Leider sind nur 8 Dateien möglich.
