In addition, a sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space if needed. There are four modern bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub, as well as an additional guest toilet. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, and the bright, open-plan living room with SAT TV is ideal for spending quality time together.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals, seamlessly connecting with the dining and lounge area to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



Step outside into your private Mediterranean oasis. Enjoy the 32 m² heated swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, or unwind in the jacuzzi with a refreshing drink in hand. Evenings are made for outdoor dining — prepare your favorite dishes on the barbecue and savor them under the starry sky.
