Perched high above the valley in Mosenè—the sunniest part of the area—it faces south, is surrounded by greenery, and basks in the sun from sunrise to sunset even in the winter months, offering a breathtaking view of the Lagorai mountain range directly ahead. our home is perfect for those seeking tranquility, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor space.
Outside, a large private lawn awaits you, ideal for letting children play or simply relaxing in the sun, reading a book, or enjoying breakfast or lunch in the mountains under the shade of a large red beech tree over fifty years old. Peace and tranquility reign here, and you’ll appreciate the deep silence of the night, broken in summer only by the chirping of crickets.

• A comfortable and practical sofa bed in the living room is available just in case.
• Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Outdoor spaces and amenities:
Guests have access to a private garage, perfect for storing skis, bicycles, or hiking gear.
Inside, you’ll also find everything you need to make the most of your days outdoors: benches, sun loungers, deck chairs, and, of course, a barbecue for grilling with a view of nature!
