Macarty House is conveniently located just minutes from the French Quarter. This historic mansion was built on the former grounds of the Macarty Plantation. Through the years and many owners, the main house has a funky but charming feel. The backyard is an oasis where you will find a covered bar with seating, a pool, and a large deck.
The home accommodates up to 16 guests maximum with 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Situated on a triple lot, the property’s spacious grounds include a brick courtyard that can accommodates 3-5 cars leading to the property's amazing back yard. Through the courtyard gate you are greeted by the granite topped bar and seating area that is covered. Wrapping around the back of the main house you find our two cottages and a two-stall bathroom before arriving at our beautiful 6 foot deep, 15,000 gallon pool. After turning the corner, you'll find a large, 1,200 foot deck running the length of the main house.

Inside the main house on the first floor you'll find a living area divided by historic pocket doors, the kitchen, a laundry room, an office, a sitting room, a full bathroom and a dining room.
Six bedrooms are located on the second floor including 2 with king beds, 3 queens, and 1 a full. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are a located on the ground floor with 1 king bed and 1 queen - both with private bathrooms.
