There is a private infinity pool 12x6 mt. equipped with elegant sun beds. A covered pergola is the perfect retreat for sunset aperitif, there are also two equipped outdoor dining areas with a BBQ area which is perfect for al fresco meals, guest will also have parking spaces for two vehicles.

The house develops in two floors the entrance floor features a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate entrance also; a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and direct access to the pool side, two double bedrooms with shower room and access to pool area, a little independent guest house with a double bedroom with bathrooms and private balcony.
The upper floor feature an elegant living area with sofas, TV, and dining area with table and chairs; one double bedroom with shower room; and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, every bedrooms have air conditioning

Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.
