Our newly renovated holiday apartment (actually a large (145 sq m) holiday home with two floors) offers you a magnificent view of Lake Simssee and the impressive Chiemgau Alps. On the ground floor of the maisonette apartment, there is a hallway, a guest WC, a large, modern kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms: A large bathroom with a bathtub, a large walk-in shower, a washbasin, a bidet, and a WC, as well as underfloor heating. A washing machine is also provided. On the large terrace overlooking the lake, you will find sun loungers, garden furniture, and a fire pit. Your bicycles can be stored in one of our garages.
