We kindly ask all our guests to respect our no‑smoking policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all rooms, bathrooms, and the balcony, to ensure a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, in designated smoking areas if available.

Please note: Evidence of smoking may result in additional charges, a fee or invoice will be applied.

- Parking
To access the building parking, you must first check in with the building concierge upon arrival. After completing the check-in, please collect the access cards from inside the apartment to enter the parking area and enter the residential floors from the parking level.

- Check-in and Check-out Timings
Guests can check in starting from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability.

- Local Taxes
This Property is subject to a Tourism tax of AED 10 per night.

- Standard Occupancy
This property is suitable to accommodate up to three (3) adults.

- Access Cards
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.

- Key
Please return the keys upon check-out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of 100 AED per key.
