Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are arranged across the two floors, including a ground-floor double room with its own bathroom, and on the upper level a further double bedroom with a panoramic terrace and a single bedroom served by another bathroom. Air-conditioned interiors, mosquito-screened windows, and modern furnishings provide year-round comfort, while outdoors a 4x8-metre pool, broad stone-paved solarium with sunbeds, a pool umbrella, outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue create a private corner of Sicilian summer living.
