Luxury Apartment at Savoy Monumentalis is a sophisticated 3-bedroom apartment ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay with breathtaking sea views. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers three beautifully designed suites: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All suites feature private balconies and bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The social area includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining room, creating a welcoming space for socializing or unwinding. The living room and one suite have access to a shared balcony with sea views. The apartment also features a separate laundry room and a guest WC. Guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens for leisure and relaxation.

AREA

Located in a prime area of Funchal, the apartment offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and services. The surroundings are peaceful and well-kept, with pleasant seaside walks nearby and excellent connections to the city centre.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to reach the apartment is by transfer, which can be booked with local partners and is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The team is always available to help or answer questions and provides an app with important information about the property and your stay.

- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION

A Municipal Tourist tax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. A payment link will be sent close to arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
