Welcome to the heart of the historic centre of Castel Bolognese, an ancient medieval village founded in 1387 and still distinguished today by its five towers and picturesque stretches of original walls.
Our apartment, converted from a historic tavern that operated as a restaurant until 1957, has been completely renovated to offer you the perfect balance between the charm of the past and modern comfort.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment spans two levels and welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living area: an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV.
Upstairs in the charming attic, you’ll find a romantic double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, underfloor heating, and air conditioning ensure a pleasant stay in every season.
Guests access the apartment via a staircase shared with two other units.
Although there is no in-unit washing machine, you’ll find a convenient coin-operated laundromat just a short walk away.
