In the heart of the charming resort of Grange Sises, this first-floor apartment for 4 is the ideal base for a family or friends. Set in spectacular alpine countryside, close to skiing and hiking, in the summer months, it ensures an action-packed holiday for all ages.

In a traditionally built, modern residence with panoramic mountain views, the apartment is well equipped for a comfortable holiday. The front door opens into an open living area, with a sofa and a flat-screen TV as well as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchenette is towards the back of the room and is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave and fridge.

Guests can enjoy the terrace outside the front door which offers uninterrupted views of this famously beautiful part of the Alps.

Location
Grange Sises is a pretty resort, just a 5-minute drive from the town of Sestriere. The residence is in the middle of the village, close to the small piazza. There is very little traffic, making it an ideal place for families with children. Grange Sises hosts many events throughout the year, from dances to concerts and group mountain bike rides.

Sestriere, home of the 2006 Winter Olympics, has much to offer. In the winter months, the slopes around the resort suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming.

There are many great restaurants and bars in Grange Sises and Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.

Turin airport is a 1-hour and 30-minute drive from the apartment.
