Despite its coastal location, it’s just a short walk to the local shops, cafes and restaurants at Pevensey. Also within easy reach are the nearby towns of Eastbourne (4.5 miles) and Hastings (12.5 miles) – both of which offer family-friendly attractions to keep everyone entertained. Pevensey offers easy access to the South Downs National Park (6.5 miles), a haven for keen walkers and cyclists looking to explore this beautiful part of the world. Hop in the car for a family-friendly day out at Drusillas Zoological Park (10 miles), where you can get up close to the lemurs and meerkats

To the front of this spectacular home is a private beach garden with an al fresco dining area and direct access to the shingle beach. It also boasts use of a private beach hut – the perfect addition for escaping the sunshine on a hot day. The property also benefits from private parking for two cars.
