Butler’s Quarters consists of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee maker, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and an external shared utility. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower room, three kings and a single, serviced by a bathroom, with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel, lawn and furniture, off-road parking and EV charging. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Butler’s Quarters is a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District National Park. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 450 GBP. Please note this property can't accept check ins on the 26th of 27th of December
