Light is quite reliable in this estate and some past guests left AC running when they are not present in the apartment.

Hence, the reason for this estimated recharge for our guest, which is expected to be enough for specified stay.

N20,000 worth of electricity prepaid unit will be recharged for short stays (1night - 5nights)

N30,000 worth of unit will be recharged for 1week stay (6nights or more)

You have to use the stairs, comfortable stairs to climb but not suitable for elders.

This is a government owned estate and generator is not allowed in the estate.

24HRS Power is provided through our inverter and National Power Grid (NEPA LIGHT).

In the case of bad nepa supply, the inverter will cover for your stay and the staff will also provide water to drum reservoir to make your stay comfortable.

To be sure we are on the same page, Heavy appliances only work on Power Grid.

Light will always be available through the inverter whenever there is an issue with the Power Grid supply.

In case of Temporary Power Grid Breakdown, water will be supplied into the drum reservoir in the apartment as stopgap for your stay until the power is restored (this is a rare situation)

There will be water in the drum reservoir in the home to fetch from.

Generator is not allowed, which means we are not able to power pump ourselves, but Power supply is through Solar inverter which provides uninterrupted power for the guest on basic amenities like fans, lightening, etc.
