This spacious ground-floor holiday apartment is located in the modern Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. With its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining large terrace, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and furnished in a Scandinavian style.

The integrated kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking together a real pleasure.

Directly from the living area, you can access the large, southwest-facing terrace. Facing the rear of the apartment, it offers views of the nature reserve salt marshes, fields, and the sea, providing a relaxing retreat.

The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers three additional sleeping spaces in the form of a bunk bed (upper bunk: 90x200cm, lower bunk: 140x200cm) for restful nights. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a seating area.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. An infrared sauna provides unforgettable moments of wellness.

A private parking space is available. The Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz and the sailing and sports boat harbor are currently under development. Therefore, please be aware that construction work may be taking place on the premises.
