Step into this beautiful, fully modernized family home, suitable for six people. Your four-legged friend is also welcome at no extra charge, as our garden is fully fenced. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a modern, spacious bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and separate shower. The large, west-facing garden (fully fenced) boasts a spacious terrace with a large electric parasol, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. A charcoal grill is also available for your use. In front of the house is a private parking area for two cars with its own charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the swimming pool (due to changed parking regulations) is not included in the rental price.
