Small bare bones apartment that does have all the basic needs covered. When booking through VRBO there are two more levels of communication to get to the person that actually runs the property.

My wife and I were forced to move out of the unit after just two nights. There must’ve been some recent water damage that created a musty smell that was unbearable. We also took photos of the wall behind the washing machine which appears to show mold the landlord refused to issue even a partial refund.
