The apartment of Eunice was very nice and modern . The communication was very efficient, Eunice was responding to queries within half an hour max. There was a problem with WiFi caused by provider and since we were at the apartment over the weekend and provider was not available she solved the problem with other means ensuring that our family with two teens had access to high speed internet . The unit is situated in front of Globe tram station, which can get a bit noisy , but trams stop by midnight. We initially thought it would be situated up the Av Brugman, closer to de Fré. Otherwise it was a lovely stay, good connection to Uccle and the center. Apparemment provided all the amenities, Eunice provided a welcome basket which was a nice touch . Thank you for a lovely stay!

Regarding the tram, the apartment is equipped with triple-glazed windows, which significantly reduce outside noise when closed. As mentioned in the listing, the tram stop is conveniently located directly in front of the building, providing easy access to Brussels city centre and other areas of Uccle. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the location did not meet your expectations. You checked in and chose to leave less than one hour after your arrival because you found the tram noise unsuitable for your personal preference. In our message exchange, you later confirmed that you had not realized there was a tram stop in front of the building. This is clearly stated in the listing, which explains that the apartment is located in front of the tram for convenient access to Brussels city centre. I contacted you immediately after learning you had left and offered assistance, but you chose not to continue your stay. The apartment was provided exactly as described, with both bedrooms facing the quiet garden. I wish you all the best in your future travels.
