Welcome to our family-run, exclusive, and comfortably furnished thatched-roof house, "Strandläufer" (Beachcomber). Here, you and your family are guaranteed peace and relaxation close to the beach. Built in 2009, the holiday home offers approximately 105 square meters of living space. It is modern, practical, and cozy, spread over two floors. All rooms on the ground floor are accessible from the entrance area. The spacious, combined living and kitchen area, with several exits to the large, west-facing terraces, is the heart of the house. A guest WC, a utility room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with an integrated sauna for four people and an open rain shower complete the ground floor. A well-maintained staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and separate mattresses, a children's room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), an additional storage room for your luggage, and a bathroom with a large corner bathtub – leaving nothing to be desired. The house is heated by underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the upstairs bathroom/hallway. The sauna has an 8kW heater, ensuring rapid heating. Televisions in every room and a built-in safe are standard amenities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment. You'll love the beautifully landscaped outdoor area. A spacious terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and an extra-large beach chair awaits you. A solid stone barbecue and a small garden shed for storing your bicycles are also provided. We've even thought of our younger guests; a wagon is available for trips to the beach or other excursions.
