Chalet Citron 3 bedroom with hot tub

Chalet Cirton has the feel of remote private cabin, yet is just moments from central Chamonix. The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden. Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre. The chalet was totally renovated to a very high standard in 2024. The outstanding feature is the incredible view through wall to wall patio windows, right from within the living room. Here you see the garden/patio, year round hot tub, and across the Savoy ski slopes to the impressive mountain range including Mont Blanc. The chalet features 3 cosy bedrooms (sleeping 6), two shower rooms and two further separate toilet. Access to the chalet is via two separate front entrances, each with their own dedicated kit drying places and one with laundry facilities. Guests have access to all parts of the chalet. The chalet is hosted by Will or one of his team. He lives close to the property and is always happy to meet clients on arrival. If necessary, there is a key box available for a self check in option. We maintain a professional distance during your stay, but are always available for any questions during your stay. Departure is via self check out, so you are flexible to leave at any point before the agreed check out time. Despite being so central, the chalet sits in a quite area, with just a hand full of neighbouring properties. The entire chalet and much of the outside space is not overlooked, so you have the feeling of being totally on your secluded. The hot tub is cleaned prior to your arrival. On a same day changeover, where the water needs to be changed, the water may not be up to temperature for the beginning of your stay. Someone may visit midweek to check the water quality. We have listed the chalet as technically having a fireplace. However, we have decided to go down a cleaner energy option and install a modern (retro style) electric fireplace with a smoke feature.
