It includes a comfortable king-size bed, basic bedding, and built-in storage, along with a small workspace suitable for light work or studying. Exposed brickwork and wooden flooring reflect the building’s industrial character, giving the space a clean, urban feel.



Guests have access to their own bathroom with modern fixtures. The room is kept clean and functional, making it a convenient option for short stays in central London.

THINGS TO NOTE: The property is located very close to an underground/metro line and busy city streets. Some noise should be expected, and the room may not be suitable for light sleepers. Please note that refurbishment works are currently being carried out on the ground and lower ground floors, and some noise may be experienced during your stay.



This is a city-centre warehouse-style building with limited sound insulation, so noise from neighbouring rooms or outside may occasionally be heard.
