Cozy house with guest cottage in beautiful surroundings where you can really enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to everything that adds to the holiday. It is cycling distance to Sandbybadet where you can enjoy lovely summer days at the lovely white sandy beach where there is also a floating jetty and kiosk. It is also not far to Löttorp's large selection of restaurants or Byrum's raukar to give some examples of everything the area has to offer. You have a lovely garden with a large terrace with outdoor furniture in a leafy and quiet area with nice views. The terrace surrounds the house in two directions, which means that you are offered sun both during the day and in the evening. The house has a living room with a dining area and sofa that can be made into a double extra bed. The kitchen has a patio door onto the patio. There is also a smaller dining area. The oven is of a smaller model. There is a bunk bed in the bedroom. There is also a guest cottage with two bunk beds. There is a trampoline in the garden for the children. Not for rent to young people or for parties. Charging of electric cars is not allowed. There are many small roads in the area that are perfect for nice walks. There is an outdoor gym on the road to Löttorp. The nearest restaurant is at Sonja's campsite where there is also a pool and mini golf. Here you are perfectly placed to explore Öland's gems. You have the fantastic beaches of Böda in the north and Borgholm and Köpingsvik in the south. The eastern coast is only 1.9 km away, while you are also close to Öland's western coast.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
