Gîte Gîte Bélard 2015

Since our retirement from the agricultural world in 2010, we have wanted to renovate the "house of the Grand-Mère" to make a cottage to accommodate all those wishing to visit this particular corner of Finistère.

The house, built in 1887, is quietly located in the family farmhouse, between the village (1 km) and the beaches (3 km) of Plonevez-Porzay.

The cottage has 6 beds distributed in 3 bedrooms:
 - 1 large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
 - 1 smaller room with double bed (140 cm)
 - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm)
The 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Sheets are provided.

The rest of the cottage is composed of:
 - a large living room opening onto an open kitchen (45 m2),
 - 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor),
 - 2 toilets
 - South-facing terrace with garden furniture.
- free access to a large garden with trees
 - parking in the course of the farm.

The cottage is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, internet access, TV, stereo, barbecue, games for children.
We also have baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, stair gate ...

An enclosed room can accommodate your bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, windsurfers, and others. Possibility to put your car trailer under cover.
