This house is managed by a professional company and therefore the communication was very professional and on time. But the house itself was not great, there is 1 bedroom and 1 sofabed. The sofabed is terrible and not sleeplable. We have to put sofa mattresses on the ground to actually sleep there. The other bed was also not very good. Apartment heating was not working but that was not a huge issue. Hot water was not there, which we complained about and was taken care same day. Toilet was not draining properly.
