This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath home overlooks the number three green at Indian Springs Golf Club. The home is decorator sharp with 2 pillow top king beds and 1 upscale queen bed. A large high definition flat screen TV wall mounted in the living room and another in the master. High speed internet with FIOS is included. Appliances include a GE Profile oven, microwave and cook top in the kitchen along with a new Kenmore Elite refrigerator with ice maker, ice dispenser and filtered water.
A large lap pool and spa adorn the back yard.
This home offers high quality living in a secure gated community.

An additional detached Casita may be available upon request. The Casita offers a full bath, mini refrigerator w/ freezer, microwave, TV with Wi Fi access, a small table with chairs and a queen bed . There is no kitchen facility in the Casita.

Roomy and comfortable

We have spent most winters in the Coachella valley over the past 7 years. This was the roomiest, most comfortable, and well stocked (cookware, dishware, silverware, utensils, bedding,towels etc.) we have experienced. The electronics worked well. Issues that inevitably arise over a long stay were addressed promptly.

Very comfortable house

The house was more than enough for two adults. The TVs had all the channels and a DVR. The furniture was comfortable, and the setting was lovely. Rich (the owner) was a pleasure to communicate with.

Lovely and spacious - highly recommend

We had a great stay! The house is really spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful open kitchen. The private pool and hot tub make it great for a staycation style trip. We would definitely stay here again
