The Space:

This thoughtfully designed four-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to ten guests. The apartment includes a double bed in every bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen with an oven, stove, and essential equipment for preparing meals. It also features a washer for added convenience. Each accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer, and all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable visit.

Whether you are traveling for leisure or business, this apartment provides a peaceful, functional space where you can relax, recharge, and feel at home.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in central Reykjavík, in a calm and convenient area with easy access to the city’s vibrant cultural and dining scene. Take a stroll along nearby streets to discover landmarks such as Hallgrímskirkja and the iconic Harpa Concert Hall. Start your day with breakfast or brunch at one of the many cafés in the area, then explore local attractions like the Reykjavik Art Museum or the National Museum of Iceland. While wandering through Laugavegur and Skólavörðustígur, you can browse unique Icelandic boutiques, galleries, and souvenir shops, many featuring locally designed and produced items.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, if you arrive before check-in time, luggage storage is available so you can begin enjoying your day without waiting.

Kindly note the water in Iceland has this particular smell because of the sulphur in it . It is in fact one of the cleanest and most delicious drinking water in the world. Unlike in many neighbouring countries, the Icelandic water is free of chlorine, calcium, and nitrate. We can assure you that the quality of tap water everywhere in Iceland is regularly monitored and tested.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical. EU members can use their European Health Insurance Card in Iceland (medical expenses).

For your safety, the common areas of the building and the front doors are monitored by security cameras.
