The rate includes A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check In/Out Policy

Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In / Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.



Electricity Allowance Policy

Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.



Payment policy

30% of the total reservation amount to be charged upon booking creation (non refundable). The remaining 70% to be charged 30 days prior arrival (non refundable).



Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is not available for this rate.



The 30% deposit upon booking is non refundable.

If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior the arrival or less or in case of no show then 100% of the total amount will be charged.



Booking terms & conditions

Meals: Meals (Min: 4 pax) be delivered in a buffet style at the villa (Breakfast: 08:00-09:30, Lunch: 13:00-14:30, Dinner: 19:00-20:30). Delivery times indicated may slightly vary.
