Rose cottage

We had a great time at the Rose Cottage. Check in process was easy, the property served our needs well, and we were within walking distance to downtown.

Great Hamptons Experience

Perfect location as wedding was in Sag Harbor and reception at brides home in Watermill. Very clean, large windows, nice pool area. Very prompt responses by owner. Walking distance to downtown and our kids (in their 30’s ran to ocean - 2 miles). Thanks

A weekend to remember!

Julie's house was gorgeous and we had such a great stay! Communication with Julie was super easy throughout the process and when we got to the house everything was ready for us. The outside area and pool were big enough for our group size and the house was clean and very inviting. Thank you so much!!

A home away from home

This home had everything except a personal chef(smile). My family included my husband and my 2 daughters ages 14 & 15. The pool was salt water and heated as needed. The closest beach sagg main was 6 mins away and the furthest 20 mins away which was coopers beach & main beach. We went to all 3 beaches and they were all great. Best waves for my kids was sagg main. It was absolutely convenient to everything from East to South hampton for shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious. Julie was always accessible if we had any questions. We DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. Can't wait to come back!!!!

I designed and built our home two years ago. My family spends some weekends off season and holidays here. It is truly a wonderful home for entertaining, holidays and multigenerational families. We have made the most of our space with comfort and relaxation in mind. There are multiple seating areas indoors and out. We have a bit of a secluded oasis in the heart of Bridgehampton village. Walk to everything, relax by the pool, poolhouse or outdoor fireplace. Three dining areas; kitchen, indoor dining area and outdoor dining. Outdoor Linx grill and indoor Viking range, three dedicated wine or beverage refridgerators, dual tap kegerator, subzero refrigerator. Dedicated laundry area in basement. Four televisions, game area, library and office area in attic.
We love it here and hope you will will too.

Why they chose this property

Our property is in the heart of Bridgehampton Village. You truly can't get a better or more premier location. Beach front is great but a bit boring and isolated if you're not into the beach or it's a cold day. The village offers shopping, dining, walk to and from the train or jitney. It's truly the perfect spot. It's an oasis in the middle of everything and beyond convenient. If you want to go to the beach you can bike or drive, the vineyards are within a few miles, the nature center and children's museum are walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Our house has a bit of everything; plenty of TVs, wifi, premium movie channels, books and games galore, separate relaxation spaces, two bars, fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with every accessory imaginable, an outdoor grill, a yard prively fenced from the pool, ample parking and beautiful landscaping.
