First floor has spacious living room, large eat-in, gourmet kitchen, dining area, bedroom with twin beds, den and hall bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Lower level contains media/family room, full bathroom and laundry room. Home is centrally located on quiet village street. Walk to shops, restaurants and bike to village beaches.
