Spacious vacation house located in a residence in the heart of San Teodoro. The flat can be situated on the first floor or on the ground floor with garden and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a large living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk-bed and a bathroom with shower. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and 1 uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 2km. °Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in
