Built in the style of a traditional windmill, this unique stone retreat captures the essence of Paxos with its tranquil setting and sweeping views across the island’s olive groves towards Corfu and the mainland. The private pool has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the villa’s elevated position, while the surrounding terraces invite long, leisurely days in the sun. One of three properties in the hamlet, alongside Joanna’s House and Thodoris House, The Windmill offers an enchanting base from which to unwind and experience Paxos at its most idyllic.



This 1-bedroom villa (sleeps 2) is accessed via steps and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to high drops and the absence of railings around the pool platform. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with two armchairs, a TV (Greek channels only), and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, mini-dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a shower room. Upstairs, the air-conditioned double bedroom (150cm x 200cm bed) includes an en-suite shower room, providing a comfortable and private retreat.
