Luxury boutique room with a private rooftop terrace on the top floor of an authentic Amsterdam townhouse. Located in the quiet yet popular neighborhood of De Pijp, within walking distance of museums, cafés and restaurants. A stylish and relaxing base to experience the city.

Welcome to our fully renovated room located on the top floor of an authentic Amsterdam townhouse. The room is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable box-spring bed, air conditioning, a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, a mini fridge and a luxury bathroom with a spacious rain shower. The private rooftop terrace offers a pleasant place to relax after a day in the city.

The property is situated in De Pijp, a lively yet peaceful neighborhood close to the Museum Quarter, the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Concertgebouw and Paradiso. Both the historic city center and the RAI convention center can be reached within approximately 10 minutes. We ourselves live one floor below, on the third floor.

There is no kitchen or possibility to prepare meals. However, the room offers a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, kettle and mini fridge. On this floor we rent out two rooms, each suitable for a maximum of two guests. As this is the top floor, there are no neighbors above.

The rooftop terrace may be used daily between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Access to the fourth floor is via a shared staircase. As is common in many Amsterdam houses, there is no elevator. Please take this into account when traveling with large suitcases. This accommodation may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. The top staircase currently does not have a handrail, so extra care is advised.

For last-minute bookings, please contact us in advance to coordinate the possible check-in time. We are happy to think along with you.
