Modern, stylish home in Newmarket.
A stylish and comfortable home, with outstanding views across some of Newmarket's finest stud lands. One mile from town centre and train station, and includes off road parking.
The accommodation is spread over three floors, with the ground floor comprising - entrance hall, living room, small utility room, WC, and open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sliding doors to large patio and garden. On the first floor you will find two king/twin rooms (please specify your choice on booking) with a family bathroom, as well as a double room with ensuite shower room. A further double with ensuite and a single room, can be found on the second floor. The main living area and all bedrooms have a TV with Netflix.
You will have use of the whole house and the patio and garden (as far as the gate). Patio furniture is available for use between April and September.
A summerhouse with outside seating area and pizza oven with chef are available at an additional price.
