The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, and dishwasher, along with all essentials needed to prepare your own meals.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a large closet with generous storage space, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds (which can be joined to form a 180 cm bed) and ample storage for clothing. The bathroom is newly renovated with white tiles, a WC, sink, and shower. The entire apartment has been freshly painted, giving it a crisp and welcoming atmosphere.
Situated in a quiet inner yard that enjoys sunshine all day, the outdoor space is shared with other tenants and offers a grill for summer evenings or a spot to sunbathe during the day.
