There are two one-bedroom apartments, Geranium and Olive, with the same features. The entrance leads into a large and welcoming open-plan living room and kitchen area, equipped with windows overlooking the outside patio. The kitchen is furnished with essential furniture, appliances, and crockery, and is very charming. Around the living area is the sleeping area, comprising two bedrooms (with a double bed or two single beds), and a cosy and intimate bathroom with a large shower. It is possible to accommodate a fifth person in one of the two bedrooms. The apartment has a TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and features a green space in front of the entrance equipped with a table, outdoor chairs, and sun loungers.

The price for this type of accommodation includes: final cleaning, an initial supply of bed and bath linen, a flat rate charge for electricity consumption of 50 kW, beyond which a supplement of 30 cents per kW applies; additional linen changes can be requested at an extra cost. The apartment is provided with a cleaning set. A tourist tax is payable locally.
