Exclusive architect-designed holiday home with wellness facilities – close to beach and Marielyst This beautiful architect-designed holiday home offers luxurious features including a hot tub (wildness bath), sauna, and outdoor shower. The property is located just 4 km from the centre of the popular holiday town of Marielyst with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, and only approx. 880 metres from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches. The holiday home is modern and tastefully furnished, combining comfort with a cosy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The bright living area features a heat pump (air-to-air), free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a selection of board games for relaxed and enjoyable evenings. The main house offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with double sleeping accommodation, and a third bedroom with three bunk bed spaces. The separate annex provides additional sleeping space with a sofa bed (double sleeping accommodation), as well as a TV and PlayStation 4 — perfect for children and young-at-heart guests. There are two bathrooms in total. The bathroom in the main house is fitted with a toilet, washbasin, shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The bathroom in the annex includes a toilet, washbasin, and shower. Set on a spacious 1,200 m² plot, the property offers plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. A large wooden terrace surrounds the house and is accessible from several rooms. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings. The terrace also features a dedicated wellness area with hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower. An electric vehicle charging station is available (Type 2 – IEC 62196-2). Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
