The landscaped gardens feature a private vineyard, olive grove, century-old trees, and multiple alfresco dining areas, including a barbecue and kitchenette. Two dining tables accommodate up to 25 guests.
For leisure, the estate offers an open gym area, ping-pong table, and spaces for yoga or meditation, while an onsite church provides a unique venue for symbolic ceremonies. Private parking for up to 10 cars across three zones ensures convenience and peace of mind. With all these exceptional features, MyKer Estate’s outdoor areas effortlessly blend natural beauty, comfort, and versatility, providing an inspiring backdrop for relaxation, social gatherings, private events, and unforgettable experiences.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
Event Policy
Upon request, the villa can accommodate weddings, events, and parties. Your event will take place in the villa’s outdoor area, which can host up to 120 guests with an additional cost payable via bank transfer 10 days before arrival. This fee covers only the use of the outdoor space and includes an additional cleaning service on the day after the event. A damage deposit is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided no damages have occurred.
