Seascape is a beautifully bright beach-front property with sweeping views along the coast and out to sea, set directly on the beach at Bracklesham Bay. The house offers a comfortable base for families and friends seeking a coastal getaway with ample secure storage on site for bikes, boats, boards and barbeques. Warm and cosy in the winter, light and airy in the summer it's an amazing house to rent all year round. Set on the gated Marineside estate there is plenty of safe space for the kids to enjoy and the beach is literally on the doorstep.

This spacious house is laid out over a series of levels with a view of the sea pretty much wherever you stand. The house has been renovated to the highest standard with stylish interiors and comfortable furniture both inside and out. The master bedroom at the very top enjoys and indulgently comfortable super-king sized bed with views out to sea and as far as the Isle of White and Portsmouth. It has its own en-suite W.C. A level down the second bedroom, also with sea views has twin beds and a third is a bunk room with full-size custom-built bunk beds. This room is a fun space for kids but also suitable for adults with views of the beach and sea beyond. The family bathroom is on the same floor. There is a shower room/W.C. on the ground floor.

The living room on the first floor enjoys exceptional sea views. It opens onto a large balcony with two loungers for enjoying the sun whilst also keeping an eye on children playing on the beach or in the open grassed area below. It comes into its own at the end of the day as the sun sets. The well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining room also has fabulous sea views and opens onto a large rear decked balcony area, with comfortable patio sofas and a large table. This catches the early morning sun, so especially perfect for breakfast! This area has a private gate to the beach and a hot water shower, ideal after a refreshing dip in the sea. The beach at Bracklesham Bay a pebble beach at high tide with deep water for a quick plunge, or a long sandy beach at low tide with shallow water, perfect for children. Bracklesham is also a mecca for kite surfers and wind surfers alike.

On the ground floor next to the entrance, there is a fabulous 'den' with an enormous 52" TV screen (including Sky and Sky Sports). The estate also has plenty of parking.

The owners are happy to let guests use some of their "toys", including, two canoes, surf boards, boogie boards, skateboards and crabbing nets. There is also a selection of family board games and children's toys and bikes. This amazing property quite simply has something for everyone to enjoy and is a perfect getaway all year round.
