Sleeping 6 guests in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with comfortable living accommodation overlooking the walled oasis of a garden at the rear, this charming property is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a coastal escape.

The property is town house style with all rooms laid out over multiple floors and around the whitewashed staircase. Upon entering this amazingly located property you look straight down the hallway through the kitchen / dining area to the little oasis of a patio garden at the rear. To the left of the front door is a very practical large utility space with washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of space to put coats and boots. The entertaining space to the rear of the property is a beautiful open space with galley kitchen at the back of the room and a dining space in the centre with patio doors that open out onto the little rear garden. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped and the open dining space is flooded with natural light. It s a wonderful place to entertain in.

Up the first flight of stairs there is a family bathroom facing the drive and the first king size bedroom plus the a large sitting room overlooking the garden with TV and comfortable seating. Up the stairs again and there is a second bathroom facing the front drive plus two further bedrooms; a twin room and the master with Superking bed overlooking the garden.

The house has parking for one large car on the private drive or two small cars if you are creative with parking. There is extra space to park a car up by the church should you need it.
