Inside, the open-plan lounge/diner is oriented to the sea with sliding doors to the balcony, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV—ideal after a day by the water. The adjoining kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering with oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Allocated space in the gated car park and seasonal outdoor heated pool (typically 25 May–12 Sept, site-managed). Wander the wildflower paths to Fishcombe Cove for swims and the award-winning beach café; follow the South West Coast Path five minutes through National Trust woodland to Churston Cove; or stroll around the headland to Brixham Harbour for restaurants, galleries and boat trips.

Access
First-floor apartment. Reach the door via the seafront boardwalk and a flight of steps, or from the central path with a couple of steps down. Once inside it’s all on one level. Parking is in the gated car park (not beside the door)—soft/roller luggage recommended.
