The apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests and features a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person, as well as a bedroom with three beds. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and WC, a balcony, a TV, and air conditioning. The residence is located about 250 mt from the beach in the eastern area of Jesolo Lido, close to Piazza Milano. Post office, shops of all kinds, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach. The building consists of four floors and offers a swimming pool for adults and children (closed during the afternoon break), an elevator, and one private parking space per apartment. A caretaker is also available on site to assist with services. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
